Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. During book launches, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may extend by 1–2 additional days. If that happens, we’ll communicate clearly.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and carrier rates.
Current estimate ranges:

• Standard Shipping (US): 3–7 business days

• Expedited Shipping (US): 2–3 business days

• International Shipping: 7–21 business days, depending on destination

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays outside our control.

Free Shipping

Orders over $100 (U.S. only) ship free with standard delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. If you don't see it within 48 hours, check spam first; then reach out and we’ll resend it.

Local Pickup 

Select items may be eligible for local pickup at partnering event locations or pop-ups. If available, you’ll see the option at checkout. Tampa, FL and surrounding areas. 

Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or doesn’t arrive at all:

• Include your order number and photos (if applicable)

We’ll make it right. Books are meant to be loved, not arrive looking like they "survived."

International Duties & Taxes

For orders shipped outside the U.S., the recipient is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees. These aren’t included in our shipping charges.

Incorrect Addresses

If a customer enters an incorrect or incomplete address, we can help reroute the package but are not responsible for replacement shipping fees. Double-check your address at checkout to avoid any delivery errors.
